Customer Satisfaction Survey – T.CON

T.CON surveyed its customers at the turn of the year 2017/2018. We wanted to know how satisfied they are with the cooperation and services of T.CON. Read the results here.

„The T.CON team provides best advice and support with their profound know-know and experience. I feel well supported in every situation. Many thanks for this.“, said one participant of the online survey. We surveyed around 700 people and received feedback from both long-standing existing customers and new customers. We are proud that overall, T.CON was rated with an average of 8 out of 10 possible stars in this satisfaction survey.

We asked several questions. One of the them was whether the respondents would recommend T.CON. Also, the participants could assess local presence, trustworthiness and IT competence, for example. At the end of the survey, a free text field provided the opportunity to make criticism, improvement topics and praise.

We would like to thank everyone who took the time to take part in the survey. This gives us an uncompromising view on the general customer satisfaction. The high proportion of positive feedback continues to indicate that we are on the right track!

Short surveys will be sent out in the coming months after the support tickets have been closed. Here you can evaluate in two questions how satisfied you were with the processing of the respective ticket. We would be pleased to get numerous feedback to improve our support continuously.
